Venus Decors

Venus Decors is over at Plot No. 121 in Dadu Majra, right near the Stadium Road. It's a busy spot, especially when there’s a game or something going on at the stadium and the traffic gets all backed up. Our shop is full of rolls of fabric and paint samples that sometimes get mixed up on the shelves. We’ve been here for a few years now, helping people pick out things for their houses. It’s not a huge showroom, but we’ve got enough tucked away in the back to keep us busy. My hands usually have a bit of paint or dust on them by the end of the day. Dadu Majra is a good place for a business like this because people are always fixing up their homes or moving into new spots. We don't really do those big fancy presentations you see on TV. We just sit down with a cup of tea and look at what might look good in a living room. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the driver got lost near the stadium, but we manage. The floors are a bit scuffed from moving furniture around, and the front door squeaks if you don't pull it just right. It’s a real working shop, not a museum. We like it that way because it feels more like home for us and the people who come in. There is always a pile of catalogs on the table.
