Our office is located in Chandigarh, specifically in Sector-12 at house number 1470 inside the JC Complex. It’s a well-organized area, like most of Chandigarh, and we’ve been operating from here for quite some time. We do general construction work, which means we are often out of the office looking at different sites across the city and the nearby sectors. The JC Complex is a busy little hub with different businesses around. Our space is pretty simple, with a few desks and a place to keep our project folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and checking on material deliveries. Sector-12 is a nice place to work because it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the region. We have a small group of people who handle the daily tasks, and we’ve known most of them for years. It’s a straightforward business where we just aim to get the building work done. There aren't any big corporate meetings here; we usually just talk over tea about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. Sometimes the winter fog in Chandigarh slows things down on the roads, but we manage to stay on track. If you need to find the office, it's easy to spot once you get into the complex. We keep things low-key and just focus on the projects we have on our plate. It’s a steady routine for us.
