We are down here on the ground floor of SCF 320. If you know the Motor Market in Manimajra, you know it gets pretty busy with all the cars and people moving around. We have been at this spot for a bit now. It is a practical space, nothing fancy. The ground floor makes it easy for getting things in and out without dealing with stairs all day. Sometimes it gets loud outside because of the market activity, but that is just how it is around here. We just go about our work at Ventus Pharma Pvt. Ltd. People stop by and ask for directions sometimes since we are right there. The building is one of those standard SCF blocks you see all over this part of town. It has that specific look. We keep things simple inside. There is enough room for what we need to do. Manimajra is a decent area to be based in because everything is close by. You can find a tea stall or a snack pretty quick when you take a break. We do not really do much decor. It is more about just having a place to operate from. We like being on the ground level. It saves a lot of time. Sometimes the traffic in the market is a headache but we have gotten used to it over the years. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It is a straightforward setup for us.
