Our place is at SCF 226, on the first floor in the Motor Market. We are quite close to the local bus stand in Manimajra, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a busy part of town, always full of commuters and shoppers. Inside our office, things are usually a bit calmer, though we have our busy hours. We work in the healthcare sector, mostly dealing with the administrative and distribution side of things. The office has a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of papers on the desks and a few plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. The noise from the bus stand carries over sometimes, but it’s just background noise to us now. We spend our days answering phones and keeping track of our inventory. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything. We don't have a formal dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. When we need a break, we step out to the balcony or grab a snack from the vendors near the bus stand. It’s a very regular, down-to-earth business. We just make sure the orders are filled and the books are balanced before the day ends. It’s not flashy, but it works.
