Ultratech, Rmc Unit Of Aditya Birla Group

This is the Ultratech RMC unit located in Chandigarh, specifically over in Sector 21/C at site number 2200. We are part of the Aditya Birla Group, but here on the ground, it’s all about the day-to-day work of moving concrete. Our unit is a busy spot where trucks are constantly coming and going. Sector 21 is a well-known part of the city, and being based here makes it easy for us to reach most construction sites in Chandigarh and the surrounding areas. The work is mostly about timing and making sure the ready-mix concrete is exactly what the customer ordered. It is not a clean or quiet job. There is always the sound of machinery and the movement of heavy vehicles. We have a small office at the site where we handle the scheduling and talk to the site engineers. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a place where we drink tea and figure out the delivery routes for the day. Most of us have been working in this industry for a long time, so we know how to handle the pressure when things get busy. We don’t spend time on marketing or polished speeches. We just focus on the concrete and the trucks. If the weather is bad, we have a harder time, but that’s just the nature of the business. We are a practical team doing a necessary job for the city’s development.
