We are located at 426 in Pipliwala Town, which is in the Manimajra area of Chandigarh. This is the office for Transport Corporation of India. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We don't have a lot of modern glass or big signs. It’s more of a traditional setup where you can walk in and see everyone working at their desks. Pipliwala Town is a busy spot with lots of small shops and people moving around all day. Our building is right in the middle of that. We spend our hours tracking shipments and talking to people about where their goods are. There are always stacks of paper and ledgers around because we like to keep track of everything clearly. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, which we like. It’s not cold or corporate. We have some plants in the corner that someone tries to remember to water. Most of us have been working here in Chandigarh for a long time, so we know how the local traffic and the seasons affect the work. When the weather is nice, we might leave the door open for a bit of fresh air. It’s just a small team of us doing what we need to do. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just show up at 426 Pipliwala Town, do our jobs, and make sure the transport side of things is handled properly.
