Our office is located at C-15 in Phase 1 of the Industrial Area in Mohali, Punjab. Transport Corporation Of India Limited is the name on the door. Being in the industrial area means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and workshops. It can be a bit loud and dusty, but it is the right place for a transport company to be. We have been working out of this Mohali location for many years. We handle the logistics and transport for all sorts of items. Our office is very basic, with just the essential furniture and lots of files. We don't have a flashy workspace because we spend most of our time focusing on the trucks and the cargo. Every morning is a rush of paperwork and making sure drivers have their routes. We know the local roads and the main highways very well. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound like we are some high-tech firm. We are just people who know how to move things from one city to another. If there is a delay at a border or a breakdown, we just handle it and keep the customer informed. It is practical work and we take it seriously. We have stayed here at Phase 1 because it is convenient and we are part of the local business community.
