Tractors India (Caterpillar)

The office is over in Sector 41-A, specifically at house number 629/1. This is where we handle the Tractors India side of things, specifically the Caterpillar equipment. Chandigarh is a planned city, so finding us isn't too hard if you know the sector layout. We have a small team here. It’s mostly paperwork and coordinating with the guys in the field who actually use the heavy stuff. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the industrial zones. We don’t have customers walking in all day, but the phone stays busy. It's a standard residential-style setup for our workspace. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that's the biggest drama of the week. We deal with big machines, but the office work is just regular day-to-day stuff. We make sure the orders are right and the schedules are set. It's a mix of local folks working here. We've seen the city change quite a bit over the years. Sector 41-A has its own vibe. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just keep the records straight for the tractors and the big Cat machines. It gets cold here in the winter, so we have a few small heaters going. During the summer, the AC is our best friend. We like it here because it's central and easy to get to from other parts of the Union Territory. Our desks are usually covered in files, but we know where everything is. It is just a normal, busy office.
