The 21St Century Builders & Engineers

Our office is located at House No. 1765 in Chandigarh. The sector is quiet and the streets are well-planned, like the rest of the city. We’ve been operating under the name The 21St Century Builders & Engineers for a while now. Even though the name sounds a bit modern, we are pretty traditional in how we work. Our office is just a converted part of the house. You won't find a big lobby or a lift here. We have blueprints scattered across the main table and there is always a smell of old paper and ink. We are engineers and builders, so we spend more time on sites than sitting behind a desk anyway. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been together for years. We don't go for flashy advertisements. People in Chandigarh usually find us through someone they know. We like to keep our operations manageable. It means we can actually focus on the projects without getting lost in paperwork. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a specific beam or a wall, but we always figure it out over a cup of coffee. It’s a hands-on business. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the U.T., just a reliable one that people can talk to directly. Our address is easy to find if you are in the area. We have a small porch where we keep some samples. It's a very normal Chandigarh house, really.
