We're located on the first floor of Plot No. 25 in the Industrial Area, Phase-I. It's a bit of a gritty spot compared to the residential sectors, but it’s where things actually get built and moved in Chandigarh. Tenxability India Private Limited has been here for some time now. Being in the Industrial Area means we’re surrounded by other businesses that are also working hard. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of cables everywhere. We aren't really the type of people to worry about decor. We’re more interested in making sure our projects are moving forward. It can get a bit loud around here with the traffic and the other businesses, but we’re used to it. Our team is small and we all wear different hats. One day I might be doing the books, and the next I’m helping out with a technical issue. We don't have strict titles or a lot of hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free grabs it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the energy of Phase-I. It feels like everyone is actually doing something real. We’re just glad to be a part of it and to have a space where we can get our work done without a lot of distractions. It's a busy place but it's our home and we like it.
