Tayal Health Clinic

Being at Shop No. 1990 in Burail means we see a lot of the same people every day. It’s a small space, really. Just Tayal Health Clinic tucked into the busy market area. If you’ve ever walked through Burail, you know how it gets on the weekends. It’s crowded and loud, but inside the clinic, we try to focus on whoever is sitting in front of us. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others keeping the files in order and answering the phone when it rings. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a coffee bar for people while they wait. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever got a weekend off, but for now, they do the job just fine. People drop in for all sorts of reasons. Some have a cold, others just need a quick check-up for work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s a practical place. We don’t do big advertisements because everyone around here already knows the shop number. We just keep the door open and see who comes in. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they keep the air moving when it gets hot. It’s just a neighborhood clinic, nothing more, nothing less. We do what we can with the space we have and try to help people get through their day without too much trouble.
