Talwar Rahul Architect

Working out of Sector 8C near the D.A.V. Sr.Sec. School has its perks, mostly because we always know when school's letting out by the noise outside. Talwar Rahul Architect is based right here, and it's a pretty straightforward setup. No big reception area or shiny glass walls. Just a lot of paper, some old computers that still work fine, and too many pens that always seem to run out at the wrong time. We spend the bulk of our day drawing lines and checking measurements. It's a lot of staring at screens and then looking at the same thing on paper to see if it makes sense. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It’s just us doing the work that comes in. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s a bit slower, but there's always something to sketch. The light in this part of the building is actually pretty good for drafting, which helps when the sun is going down. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and the neighbors know us. It’s a quiet area mostly, except for the school bells. We keep things simple here. If someone needs a plan drawn up, they come in, we talk, and we get to it. No fluff, no complicated jargon, just the job. We usually have a radio playing in the corner to keep things from being too silent while we're thinking about the next set of drawings we need to finish up.
