T F Associates Pvt Ltd is based out of Mohali Cc Village. Specifically, we are at Ejipura Sco 91. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because the village area feels different from the rest of the city. We have a small office space that we have been using for a while. It’s got that typical Sco layout where everything is a bit narrow. We do a lot of our thinking and planning here. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some old project photos we never took down. Outside, the streets are always moving with people going about their business in Mohali. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot. There is a small shop nearby where we get our snacks and afternoon tea. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of the fan and the tapping of keys. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. Just the number 91 on the door. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It’s the kind of place where people come in and sit down for a chat without needing an appointment. We keep things pretty relaxed around here and don't worry too much about appearances. Most of the time, our desks are piled high with files and blueprints.
