Sweat Out

Sweat Out is located on the second level of SCO 144-145 in Sector 43B, Chandigarh. We are right above the Vespa showroom and right next to the HDFC Bank. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the area. We chose the name because it’s exactly what happens when you come here. We don’t have a lot of fancy amenities. There are no saunas or specialized massage rooms. It’s just a straightforward gym with plenty of iron and some cardio equipment. The floor is covered in heavy rubber mats, and you can tell they’ve been used. We have a real variety of people coming in, from college students to people who have been living in Sector 43 for decades. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have those trainers who try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. People generally come here to focus on their own routines. Sometimes it gets a little loud when the weights are being dropped, but that’s part of the atmosphere. Parking in Sector 43 can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day, but it usually clears up in the evening. We keep the place open for anyone who wants a no-frills spot to work on their fitness. It’s an honest, local gym that doesn't try to be anything it’s not.
