Surindra Builders

You can find us at 229, Sewak Colony in Patiala. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is nice when you’re trying to get through a pile of paperwork. Surindra Builders has been here for a while, and the people in the colony mostly know who we are by now. We don’t have a big, fancy storefront. Our place is more about function than style. Inside, you’ll find some desks, a lot of folders, and usually some tools lying around that haven't been put back yet. We spend our days coordinating different jobs and making sure the guys on the sites have what they need. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple things are happening at once. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get it sorted. Patiala is a good place to be, and we like being part of the local community. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot and try to get the most important stuff done first. If you stop by, you might find us drinking tea and looking over some drawings. We’re not looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to keep doing our building work and providing for our families. It’s a simple life, and while the work can be physically demanding and stressful at times, we’re glad to be doing it here in Sewak Colony and helping out where we can.
