Sunil Mahajan Associates

You can find us at S.C.O. 1116-17 in Sector 22-B. It’s one of those typical shop-cum-offices that you see all over this part of town. Sunil Mahajan and the rest of us have been working out of this space for quite some time. The sector is always busy, especially with the parking being so tight near the main blocks. We are on one of the upper floors, so we get a bit of a view of the trees outside. The office has a lot of light, which is good for when we’re squinting at small details on a print. We don’t have any fancy signs or big posters. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets filled with old files from years ago. Usually, the morning starts with checking emails and then it’s straight into drafting or meetings. We do a lot of residential and commercial work around here. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the municipal office and site visits. We keep it simple. There’s no dress code or anything corporate like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built the way it’s supposed to be. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a bit, but we just carry on. It’s just a normal day at the office for us here in 22-B.
