Sun Ventures Construction Co. Chandigarh is run out of House No. 1508 in Sector 30-B. Being in Chandigarh, we are right in the middle of a very organized city, but our office is pretty lived-in and simple. It’s basically just a house that we use to manage all our construction work. We have been in Sector 30-B for a good while and the neighbors know us. We don't use any of those big, fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and manage projects. Most of our mornings start with a quick meeting at the house before everyone heads out to the different sites. There is always a lot of talk about cement, labor, and timelines. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we are used to. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at the dining table or in the back room with all the files. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We’re just a local crew doing our best to get the jobs finished on time. Working in Sector 30-B has its perks because everything is close by. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the work at hand. That’s how we’ve always done it.
