Sukhm Infrastructures is over in Chinchwad, specifically on the third floor of SCO 123-124 on Wakad Road. It’s a decent-sized office in Sector 17. The third floor gives us a bit of a view of the road, which is always busy with traffic heading toward the highway. We work on infrastructure projects, so there’s usually a lot of talk about cement, steel, and timelines. It’s not a very quiet office. There’s always someone coming in from a site with mud on their shoes or a phone ringing about a delivery. We’ve been here for some time now and the place has that lived-in feel. Files are everywhere, and the desks are covered in drawings. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work and hope the projects speak for themselves. The staff is mostly engineers and guys who handle the logistics of big builds. We spend a lot of time planning how things are going to get built and then even more time figuring out why they aren't going as planned. That’s just the nature of infrastructure, I guess. We take our breaks at the little shops downstairs. Chinchwad is a good place for this kind of business because it’s growing so fast. We’re just one of the many offices in this sector trying to get things done. No big speeches, just everyday work on Wakad Road, making sure the foundations are right.
