Sukhi Camera Repair

We are all the way on the top floor at SCO 1026 and 1027. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially in the summer heat when the air doesn't move much. We are situated in Sector 22, on that Ahmedabad Street near Arihant Carnac Bunder. Being on the top floor means it’s a bit quieter than the ground level, but it gets quite warm under the roof. We spend our hours fixing cameras. It’s delicate work. There are always small parts scattered on the tables, so we have to be careful not to sneeze or bump the desk. We’ve got shelves full of old gear and tools that have been with us for years. Sometimes people bring in really old film cameras their grandfathers owned. Those are interesting to look at. We just do our best with what we have. The view from up here isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the street below. We usually bring our own lunch because going up and down the stairs too many times is a hassle. It's a quiet life up here. We don't have a big sign or anything fancy. Just a door and a lot of work to get through before the sun goes down. It's just Sukhi and the rest of us making sure things work again. Most of our tools were bought secondhand years ago but they still do the job fine.
