Subhash & Associates

Subhash & Associates is based out of a house in Sector 19, specifically House No-45. It’s located in the Sec-19A part of the neighborhood. Working from a house makes it feel a bit different than being in a big commercial plaza. It is a bit quieter and more personal. Subhash is usually around, and the rest of the staff handles the paperwork and meetings. We have converted a few of the rooms into offices. There are files stacked on some of the side tables and old wooden desks. We have a small area for people to sit when they come to see us. It is not fancy, but it is comfortable enough. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds grow fast in the rainy season. We have been here for a long time, so most of the locals know where the house is. We don't have a huge neon sign, just a simple nameplate near the gate. The street is lined with trees and it is mostly residential. We start our day around nine and usually wrap up by the evening. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to finish. We make our own tea and coffee in the small kitchen area. It is a very straightforward way of working. No big corporate rules, just a small team doing their jobs every day in a quiet corner of Chandigarh.
