We have been here in Sector 34A for a while now, right above the Virdi Eye Hospital. It's a busy spot in Chandigarh, but we try to keep things calm inside. People usually find us when they’ve pulled a muscle or maybe twisted an ankle during a morning run. It is a bit of a climb to the first floor, but it’s part of the movement process. We spend most of our days looking at how people walk and move. It's not fancy work, just honest hands-on sessions. Some days are loud with the sound of equipment, other days are quiet. We see athletes from the local grounds and older folks who just want to walk to the market without pain. The Sco Number is 226-227, so it’s easy to spot if you know the area. We don't have a big reception with coffee machines or anything. It's mostly just treatment tables and us working through the schedules. If you’ve ever dealt with a backache that won't quit, you know why places like this exist. We just get on with the job. The sunlight comes in through the front windows in the afternoon, which is nice. We focus on the exercises and getting the joints moving again. It’s a lot of repetition, but that’s how healing goes. We’ve seen all sorts of injuries over the years. Nothing surprises us much anymore. We just keep the doors open and do what we can for whoever walks in.
