If you go to the Industrial Area Phase I in the GIDC Estate, you'll find us at number 74. It’s a busy place. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks moving around in the background. Sspl Engineers Control Switch is our name, and we’ve been part of this industrial landscape for quite some time now. Working in a GIDC estate is definitely different from a regular office. It’s dusty, it’s loud, and it’s very practical. We don't have a plush lobby. Instead, we have workbenches and control switch components lying around. Our floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or bits of wire. It’s a real engineering spot. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and fixing things. The heat in the afternoon can get pretty intense inside the unit, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of tea and keep moving. Our neighbors are all doing similar industrial work, so there's a certain understanding between us all. We don't use big words or have long corporate speeches. We just talk about what needs to be fixed and who is going to do it. It’s a straightforward way to work. Every day is about making sure the switches are right and the orders are going out. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily life here at estate 74. We just keep our heads down and work.
