Ajay Kumar runs things here at Spark Eng.Pvt.Ltd. along with Janeshwar Sharma. Our place is out in Vill-Randevi, near Randeva in the Saharanpur district. It’s a quiet area, mostly rural, which is a bit different from the big city offices. Being in U.P., we’ve got our own way of doing things. We handle engineering work, mostly practical stuff that needs doing on the ground. The workshop can get a bit loud, and there is always a layer of dust on everything, but that is just how it is when you’re working with metal and tools. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now. People around here know where to find us if they have a mechanical problem or need a part fixed. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us putting in the hours. We start early and usually finish when the sun goes down. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, but we always catch up. It’s simple work, really. We don’t have a big corporate board or anything like that. Just some guys in a village trying to run a decent business. If you’re driving through Saharanpur, you’ll see the signs for Randevi. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, but we like the space we have here. It feels like a real place to get things done.
