Space Consult Architects

We are located in Flat 250-B on the second floor of Kendriya Vihar in Sector 48-B. It’s a standard apartment setup turned into a workspace. Walking up the stairs, you wouldn't necessarily know there’s an architecture firm here until you see the small nameplate on the door. Inside, the living room area is where the main desks are. We’ve got a lot of files stacked up in the corner because the storage space isn't huge. It feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. The kitchen area mostly just holds the water cooler and a very old electric kettle. We spend a lot of time staring at screens or debating where a window should go on a new plan. Sector 48-B is a pretty quiet part of town, which helps when things get hectic with deadlines. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, adding a bit of background noise to our day. We don't have fancy leather chairs or glass partitions. It’s just wooden tables and some decent lighting. Sometimes the balcony gets a bit of a breeze, which is nice in the afternoons. We’ve been in this flat for a few years now, and we’ve grown attached to the quirks of the building. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, drink too much tea, and work on designs until it’s time to head home.
