You can find us on the top floor of House Number 685 in Sector 9, Panchkula. It is a regular house, not one of those tall glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We like it this way because it feels more like a home than a corporate office. Being on the top floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is usually quite busy. We are in the construction business, so there is always a lot of noise and movement. Our desks are covered in maps, site plans, and half-empty cups of tea. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our previous projects. We are just a bunch of regular people who know how to put a building together. We don't make big speeches about our values. We just show up on time and try to solve the problems that pop up on-site. Panchkula is a good place for us, and being in Sector 9 makes it easy to get to our projects around Haryana. The stairs can be a bit much in the afternoon heat, but it’s just part of the day. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the cement is mixed right and the deadlines are mostly met. It’s a steady life of building and planning without any of the fancy talk. We just do the work we know how to do.
