You can find us at Shop No -10 in the Dashmesh Market, which is part of Sector 41D in Chandigarh. We are right near Kahtana Diary, so the smell of fresh milk is usually in the air every morning. The market is a busy place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Our clinic is just one of the many small shops lined up there. It’s not a very big space. We have a small area for waiting and a partitioned section where the check-ups happen. The curtains are a bit faded from the sun coming through the front window. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. Most of the people who come to see us live right here in the neighborhood. They stop by after work or while they’re out getting groceries. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy coffee machine. It’s just a desk, some medical supplies, and a few chairs. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when three or four people show up at once, but we manage. The fan on the ceiling makes a clicking noise that we’ve just gotten used to over the years. It’s a simple life running a clinic in a local market. We know the other shopkeepers and we see the kids growing up. It’s just a regular part of the community here.
