Sood Akancsha Architect

Sood Akancsha Architect is located at H.No.3043 in Sec 28-D. It is a home office, so it does not feel like a typical corporate environment at all. There are architectural models sitting on the windowsills and rolls of blueprints tucked into corners. The main desk is usually a bit of a disaster zone with pens, sketches, and half-empty tea cups scattered across it. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area for visitors. People just come to the house and we sit down in the front room to go over their plans. It is a quiet neighborhood, which is great when we need to spend hours focusing on a complicated drawing. We spend a lot of our time out at construction sites, so the office can be quite empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, we are usually busy on the phone or trying to finish a layout before a deadline. We have a shelf full of old building codes and some design books that we have had for years. The curtains are usually half-closed to stop the sun from reflecting off the computer screens. It is an honest, simple workspace where we just focus on doing the work properly. We have been in Sector 28-D for a while and like the slow pace of the area.
