You can find our office at the Chandigarh Technology Park, which is located in the Kishangarh area. Even though our address is inside a tech park, the people here at Sobha Developers Limited are very much involved in hands-on construction work. we don't spend our entire day sitting in front of computer screens or in meetings. Most of our actual time is spent out on the building sites where the real work happens. Our office here just serves as a central hub where we can organize our schedules and talk to the engineers about the plans. Chandigarh is a very well-planned city, and we try our best to work within that tidy structure. It is a bit more organized than some other places we have worked, but construction is still a messy business no matter where you are. It is always dusty, it is usually loud, and there is constantly something that needs a quick fix. We don't use a lot of fancy words or marketing talk to describe what we do for a living. We just build houses and commercial spaces for people. The crew we have is a good mix of people from different parts of the country. We try to keep things simple and we avoid all the usual corporate fluff. You won't find us wearing suits or giving long, boring presentations. We would much rather just show you a floor plan.
