Smayan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is based in Sector 38-D. We are at Plot No. 164, specifically Sco No. 177. It is a pretty well-known area, right near Planet Edu. Working in Sector 38 is nice because it is relatively organized compared to some other parts of the city. We have a small office where we manage our healthcare operations. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking on the phone, and keeping track of orders. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to make sure things run smoothly. The parking around here can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day, so most of us try to get in early. We have decorated the place with a few plants, but they don't always survive the winter. We deal with a lot of different people in the health sector, so the phone rings quite a bit. It is a practical environment. We don't spend much time on long meetings; we just shout over the partitions if we need an answer. It is a steady kind of job. We like being in this part of Chandigarh. It feels like a good place to be established. Nothing too fancy, just a regular office doing regular work every day. We have been here for a bit now and the neighbors are all pretty friendly.
