Skyline Foundations & Structures Pvt Ltd is based out of Pathanamthitta. Our main place is at Moothedathu Babu Cottage in Vazhamuttom Po. It is right in the Omalloor area. Pathanamthitta is home for us, and this cottage serves as our central hub for all the construction and foundation work we handle in the region. We are not some big city firm with glass walls; it is more of a local operation where we know the people and the land around here. Working on structures in Kerala requires knowing the ground well, and being in Omalloor helps with that. We spend our mornings getting things ready at the cottage before the teams head out to the sites. There are always piles of paper and site notes on the desks. We have been doing this for a while under the name Skyline Foundations & Structures. The Vazhamuttom location is convenient for us to reach different parts of the district. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have. We do the work, handle the foundations, and make sure the structures are set. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things get a bit chaotic with schedules, but that’s just how this business is. People around Omalloor mostly know where the Moothedathu Babu Cottage is. We are just a group of people working on building things correctly from the ground up. It’s practical work and we like being based here in this part of India. The cottage stays pretty busy most days of the week.
