Singla Constructions

Our office is located at Kothi No. 2679 in Sector 65, Mohali. Singla Constructions has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. Mohali is a great place to be, and Sector 65 is a busy part of the city. We spend most of our time out on sites, but Kothi No. 2679 is where everything gets organized. It’s a regular house turned into a workspace, so it has a very different feel than a corporate office. There is usually a pot of tea going and some maps spread out on the table. We don't use polished marketing speak here. We’re more likely to talk about the price of cement or the timing of a concrete pour. Punjab has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We take on projects that we know we can handle properly. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. We’ve got a small, dedicated group of people who have been with us through many projects. We don't spend money on big ads because the work should speak for itself. People in the neighborhood often stop by to ask about their own construction needs. We give them a straight answer based on what we’ve seen in the field. It’s just a honest, local business trying to do right by the people of Mohali.
