Singh Pryaas B. Architect

You can find my office at 5203 on the ground floor of the Modern Housing Complex in Manimajra. It’s a pretty easy spot to get to. I’ve been working as an architect out of this location for a while now. The space is practical, with big windows that let in a lot of light, which is great for looking at blueprints. I don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars, some old projects, and a few sketches pinned up. It’s a one-man show for the most part, though I do have people I call when a big project comes in. The complex is usually busy with people coming and going, so there’s always something to see out the window. I spend my mornings mostly on the computer and my afternoons meeting people. I don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. If someone wants a house built or a room changed, we just talk it through until it makes sense. My desk is a bit of a mess with pencils and scrap paper, but I know where everything is. It’s a comfortable place to work. No one wears a suit here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the dimensions right. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. Singh Pryaas B. Architect is just the name on the door, but the work is what matters most to me.
