Silicon Electronics

Silicon Electronics is located at 2348 in Sector 35-C, Chandigarh. This sector is pretty well-known, and we’ve been here for a while. Our shop is easy to find if you know the area. It’s a straightforward place with shelves and counters for all the electronics we keep in stock. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot where people can find what they need. The floors are tiled and we try to keep them swept, though people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. There are two or three of us working here on most days. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about different parts or tools. Sometimes the phone rings and it’s someone asking for a price, so we have to go check the ledger. We don’t use a lot of fancy software for everything; some things we still write down by hand. It feels more reliable that way. The lighting is bright so we can see the small components we handle. We have a small back room for storage, but it’s mostly full now. Chandigarh is a nice place to have a business, especially in a sector like 35-C where there’s a lot of foot traffic. We open up in the morning and stay until the shops nearby start closing. It’s a regular routine for us. We just focus on the electronics and making sure the shop stays running. No big fuss.
