Shavi Architect

Shavi Architect is based at House Number 2539 in Sector 37/C. It’s a fairly small operation, run mostly out of a dedicated space in the house. We don’t have a team of receptionists or a big marketing budget. Instead, we have a few computers, a good printer, and a lot of coffee. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the local area. When someone needs a plan for a new house or wants to change their shop layout, they find their way to our door. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and sketches everywhere, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time just talking through ideas and seeing what will work within the local rules and the budget people have. It’s not always easy, and there are days when we feel like we’re just pushing paper around, but eventually, a solid plan comes together. We don’t try to sound like a big international firm because we aren't one. We are just local architects who understand how things are built around here. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to fix them, or a project gets delayed because of the weather, but we just keep at it. Working in Sector 37/C keeps us busy enough, and we prefer it this way over being in a big anonymous office building where you never meet the boss.
