Sharma Saumya Architect

Saumya Sharma is an architect working out of House Number 696 in Sector 11-B. This isn't a fancy corporate headquarters with a glass elevator. It is a home-based studio where the work happens on a couple of large desks shoved against the wall. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of building things. There are always piles of paper and reference books scattered around, and usually, someone is trying to find a ruler that went missing under a stack of drawings. We don’t have a polished sales pitch or a bunch of awards hanging on the walls to show off. Most people who come to us are just looking for someone to help them figure out a floor plan or get a permit sorted out. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication, checking and re-checking measurements, and trying to stay on top of all the little details that can go wrong. Some days are spent entirely on the computer, while others are spent out at different sites getting dusty. We like the independence of working this way in Sector 11-B. It allows us to focus on what the client actually needs instead of worrying about corporate image or fancy branding. It’s just straightforward architectural work done by people who have been doing it for quite a while now and know how to navigate the local rules.
