Sharma Rohit Architect

Rohit Sharma has his architectural office set up at House Number 1116 in Sector 21-B. It’s a quiet part of the sector, which is nice because it lets us get through the day without too much noise from the street. The office is basically a converted part of the house, so it has a very personal feel to it. We don’t have a big lobby or a sign that lights up at night. It’s just a place where we sit down and draw. Most of the time, the desks are covered in rolls of tracing paper and various pens that half the time don't even work. We work on all sorts of local projects, from small house extensions to bigger jobs that take months of planning. We don’t have a standard way of doing things because every person who comes in wants something a bit different. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various officials or checking on site progress. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes we spend hours just fixing a small error in a CAD file. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, so when you call, you’re usually talking directly to the person doing the work. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and the people we help in Sector 21-B. We just try to keep things moving and get the plans out the door.
