Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

This office of Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd is located at G 445/A in Raj Nagar-II, Palam Colony, New Delhi. It’s right in the middle of a very active residential and commercial area. If you’ve ever been to Palam, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but our building is a solid landmark once you get close. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy—no big glass walls or designer chairs. It’s just a sturdy building where the team comes to get things done. We deal with a lot of the logistics and planning for the projects around this part of Delhi. Since we are near the airport, you can often hear the planes, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now. The atmosphere inside is pretty relaxed. We aren't big on titles or formal procedures. If something needs to be fixed or discussed, we just gather around a desk and talk it out. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the people working here have been with us for a good amount of time, so we know how to work together without a lot of instruction. It’s just a normal, everyday office where people work hard and try to stay on top of their responsibilities without any drama.
