Sesa Hair Oil (Customare Care)

We are over here in Chandigarh handling the customer care for Sesa hair oil. It is mostly just answering phones and looking at emails from people who use the oil and have questions or maybe some issues they need help with. We sit in a small office and try to get back to everyone as fast as we can. Sometimes the phones are ringing all day and other times it is a bit quiet. It is a lot of listening to stories about hair problems and trying to find the right information to give them so they feel better about what they bought. We aren't scientists or anything, we just know the products and how to talk to people. Most of the staff has been here a while so we know each other well. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea because the air conditioning can get a bit cold. It is just a normal job where we help people out with their orders or if a bottle leaked in the mail. We don't do the making of the oil, that happens somewhere else, but we hear all the feedback. It’s honest work and we try to keep the desk tidy even when it gets busy. Some days the internet goes slow and we have to apologize for the wait. We just try to be helpful and clear when we speak to someone on the line. It is a lot of typing and talking every single day.
