This place, Bodyzone Fitness & Spa Pvt. Ltd., is up on the second floor in Sector-9C. It’s near the Grewal Eye Institute if you're looking for it on Madhya Marg. We have a lot of machines and some weights. People come in early in the morning before work. You can hear the treadmills going pretty much all day. It gets a bit loud when the music is on. We also have the spa area for when people are done working out. It’s not a fancy resort, just a place to get some exercise and maybe sit in the steam for a bit. The staff hangs out at the front desk. We spend a lot of time wiping down the benches. It’s a big space, S.C.O. 180-187. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so people take the stairs. We see the same faces every week. It’s a routine. Some people are really into their lifting, others just walk on the treadmill while looking at their phones. We keep the towels folded and the water cooler filled. It's busy during the evenings when everyone gets off work. We try to keep the place tidy, though it’s hard with so many people coming through. It's just a local spot for fitness. No big speeches here. We’ve got some lockers in the back that have seen better days. It's a simple gym for regular people. There is a fan that rattles in the locker room, but we are used to it by now.
