Nectar Lifesciences Ltd. is based out of our office at Sco 38-39 in Sector 9-D, right here in Chandigarh. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a long time now. If you’ve ever walked around Sector 9-D, you probably know the building. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. We work in the life sciences field, which basically means a lot of lab work, manufacturing, and dealing with a bunch of regulations. It isn't the kind of job where things change overnight, but it keeps us very busy. We have a lot of staff who have been with us since the early days, and they know the place inside out. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just functional spaces where we can get the work done. People here are usually focused on their specific tasks, whether it’s checking quality or handling the logistics of getting products out. Chandigarh is a good place for a business like ours because the infrastructure is decent, even if the traffic gets a bit much sometimes in the mornings. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves in big meetings; we mostly just look at the schedules and try to stay on track. There’s always some new regulation to read or a report to finish. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just show up, do the job, and go home. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up.
