Engineers Career Group

The office here in Sector 34/A is almost always full of students. Being on the second floor of SCO 121-123, we get a lot of noise from the stairs. It is right near the SBI bank, so people find us pretty easily. We have been here for a while now, mostly dealing with engineering exams and books. The desks are usually covered in notes and old test papers. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most. It’s just the daily routine of a place like this. We have different classrooms going at once, so there is always someone talking or a marker squeaking on a board. It isn't a quiet library atmosphere; it is more like a busy hub. People come from all over to sit in these rooms. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon sessions. The air conditioner hums in the background, trying to keep up with the Chandigarh heat. We don't do anything too fancy, just help folks get ready for their technical careers. Sometimes students stay back late to ask questions, and we don't mind. The location is good because there are plenty of food stalls nearby for lunch breaks. We have just been doing our thing here on the second floor, keeping the schedules moving and making sure the lights stay on for the evening batches. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
