Chandigarh Counselling Center

We are located over in Sector 19-D at number 3074. It is a quiet enough spot for what we do here at the Chandigarh Counselling Center. Mostly, people just come in when they have something on their mind or need someone to talk to for a bit. We keep the chairs comfortable and the room simple so it doesn't feel like a hospital or some big cold institution. It is just a place in the neighborhood where folks can sit down. We have been here for some time now and most people in the sector know the building. It’s not a huge operation with a front desk and fancy uniforms. Usually, you just walk in and we see what is going on. Life gets heavy sometimes and we just provide the space to sort through things. The walls are a plain color and we have a few plants that we try to keep alive. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit noisy during the day but inside it stays mostly calm. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who listen. It's regular work, but it feels important to stay open for whoever walks through the door. We don't use big words or complicated theories much. We just talk like regular people. If you find yourself near Sector 19-D, that’s where you’ll find our door. We’re just here to listen whenever someone needs a minute.
