Ram Chander Sons

We are located at Sco 41 in Sector 17 E, right in the middle of Chandigarh. Ram Chander Sons has been in this spot for quite a while now. Most people who live in the city know where Sector 17 is, so we aren't too hard to find. It’s a typical shop with large windows and a heavy door that squeaks a bit when you open it. We sell a variety of things, mostly clothes and household items that people need for their daily lives. The shelves are high and filled to the brim, so we often have to use a ladder to reach the stuff at the top. My father started this place, and now we just keep it going as best as we can. It’s a family thing. We know most of our regular customers by name and usually stop to have a quick chat while we wrap up their packages. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop directly, making it quite warm inside. We have an old air conditioner, but it doesn't always work like it used to. Chandigarh is a planned city, so everything is very orderly outside, but inside our shop, things are a bit more lived-in. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just walk in when they’re passing by or if they need something specific. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us for years.
