Bala Ji Trader

Bala Ji Trader is located over on Milkha Road in Sarangpur. We’re right there near the Dhanas area, and it can be a bit of a busy spot when the trucks are moving through on the Milkh Road. Our shop has been here for a while, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the years. It’s not the most organized place you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is, mostly. We handle various goods for the local trade, and there’s always something being loaded or unloaded out front. The air in here usually smells a bit like the burlap bags we keep in the corner. We don’t have a big office or anything like that. My desk is just a wooden table in the back with a computer that’s seen better days. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything by hand, which is a real headache. We aren't trying to be the biggest traders in the state; we just want to keep the business going and help out the people who come to us. The traffic outside can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before it gets too bad. It’s just a normal, everyday shop run by regular people who are pretty tired at the end of the day.
