Our office is tucked away on the sixth floor of Adarsh Mall. It is an interesting place to work because you have all the shops and people downstairs, but up here at plot number 50, it is all about business. We deal with medical supplies, mostly things like oxygen equipment or machines for sleep issues. It involves a lot of logistics every day. We spend a good amount of time on the phone with doctors or families who are looking for specific medical setups for their homes. The space here stays fairly busy with the staff moving equipment in and out. Sometimes the delivery drivers get a bit lost in the mall parking lot, which can be a real headache for us. We try to stay organized, but with so many devices coming through, it gets a bit hectic at times. Since we are way up on the sixth floor, it is not your typical walk-in retail shop. We focus more on getting the right technology to the people who actually need it. Some days are just spent troubleshooting a machine or explaining how a specific filter works. It is practical, hands-on work. We have been in this spot for a while now and the team here is quite close. We just show up, do the job, and make sure the medical gear is ready for whoever needs it next. It is a straightforward operation without any unnecessary fuss.
