Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi Architect

I’m Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi, and my office is called The Design Forum. You can find us at S.C.O. 11 on the second floor, right in Sector-26 on Madhya Marg. Sector-26 is a busy commercial area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. I’ve been working as an architect for many years and moved into this space because it’s central for my clients. The office is on the second floor, which gives us a bit of a view of Madhya Marg. It’s mostly just a workspace where I spend my time at the drafting board or the computer. I don't have a big staff, so I handle most of the design work myself. People come to me for all sorts of building projects. I do a lot of sketches by hand first because that’s how I’ve always done it. Then I move everything onto the computer to get the final drawings ready. It is a lot of back and forth with the local authorities to get everything approved. I spend my days checking measurements and making sure the plans are accurate. It’s a steady job and I enjoy the challenge of making a project work within a specific space. If you are in Sector-26, you can just head up to the second floor of S.C.O. 11. I’m usually there most weekdays working on whatever project is currently on my desk. It works well for me.
