We are Sandhu Contractors Pvt. Ltd. and our main office is located at 2133 in Sector 38-C. It’s a pretty standard spot in the sector. We’ve been operating from here for a good chunk of time. The office is usually full of boots and hard hats because we’re often coming and going from different sites. It’s not the cleanest place you’ll ever see, but it’s a working office. We have a couple of desks for the paperwork and a big table where we look at plans. Most of the time, our phones are ringing off the hook with guys calling from the field. It can get a bit chaotic in here during the peak season. We don't have a receptionist to greet you, so you usually just walk in and find someone. We aren't big on fancy talk or long presentations. We’d rather just show you what we’re doing on-site. Sector 38-C is a decent place to be based out of because it’s central enough for our trucks to get around. We’ve got a small backyard where we keep some of the spare gear and materials. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we’re moving stuff too early in the morning, but we try to be quiet. It’s a family-run sort of vibe here even though we’re a private limited company. We just do our work and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
