We are located at House No. 348 in Sector 32A, which is a pretty quiet spot compared to the big main markets you usually find in Chandigarh. It is more of a residential-looking place but we handle all our glass business from here every day. People usually come to us when they need specific types of glass for their windows or shop fronts. It is a bit of a process to get everything right, especially with the measurements and making sure the glass is handled carefully because it breaks so easily. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of what is coming in from the plant. Chandigarh is a nice city to work in because it is so organized. Our office here is not very big, but it serves the purpose for what we need. We have some samples lying around so people can actually see what they are getting before they buy it. Most of the time it is just us coordinating between the factory and the local guys who do the actual installation. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog when the weather gets bad and the transport trucks slow down on the highway. But usually, it is just a steady flow of work. We do not really do much advertising around here; people just find us through word of mouth. It is a straightforward way of doing business and we try to stay on top of the orders daily.
