Saini Kuldip Singh Architect

My office is set up in my house at H.No.2909/2 in Sector 42-C. It is a quiet residential street, which makes it a good place to sit and work on drawings without too many distractions. Saini Kuldip Singh is my name, and I have been doing architectural work from this home office for many years. I have one room dedicated to my drafting table, my computer, and all the technical books I have collected over time. It is not a corporate setting at all. When people come to see me, they just come to the house. I do a lot of work for families in the neighborhood who want to change their house layout or build something new on their property. It involves a lot of sketching and then turning those sketches into proper plans that can be used for construction. I do not do any fancy marketing. Most people find me because I have worked for someone they know. I like the independence of working for myself. It allows me to focus on the details of each project without being in a rush. Sometimes I have to head out to check on a building site or meet with a contractor. If I am not at my desk, I am usually somewhere nearby looking at a construction project. It is a simple, quiet way to work.
