Our office is over at Manimajra 266. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of town. Sai Properties Architect isn't just about drawing houses; we deal with a lot of the practical side of property too. It’s a bit of a mix. Sometimes someone walks in wanting a full set of plans for a new shop, and other times they just need to know if a piece of land is worth the trouble. It stays busy. The desk is usually piled high with site maps and sketches. Manimajra is a crowded area, so we deal with a lot of tight spaces and old structures. You have to be careful when you’re planning something in an area that's already built up. There isn't much room for error. We spend a lot of time just talking to people about what they can actually afford to do versus what they see in magazines. It’s better to be realistic from the start. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s not a shiny new office, but it’s where we do the work. The walls have seen a lot of different projects come through over the years. We just keep our heads down and get the drawings finished. Usually, someone is making tea in the back while we argue over where a staircase should go. That’s just how a normal day looks for us here.
